Dear Brothers and Sisters,
I am Felisa Fariňas from 222 Purok 2, Lucnab, Baguio City. May we please ask for any financial support that you can extend to my 2 year old son, Gabriel Zachary Nunez. He is presently undergoing his chemotherapy that started last June 18, 2009 at Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center due to Acute Mylogenous Leukemia and since that time, we have been in and out of the hospital for in-between treatment of its adverse effects that had left us drained financially.
He just finished his second chemotherapy session under the service of Dra. Rainelda Runez. According to the doctor, my son must undergo 6 sessions of chemotherapy and this entails a lot of expenses that we hardly can afford. And it is for this reason that we approached you for financial help.
Me and my family would appreciate very much whatever assistance that you may extend for my son’s treatment.
